Hello, Good Idea, Good Product !! But where i can resize the window of your app ? The look of this app is really minimalist … A long black verical frame !!! Please tell me ;-)

Excellent player! Only things that bugs me in version 2.0: it’s *very* hard to tell which tracks you select in the playlist (with click and ⌘-click) as the selection is a dark grey... on dark grey background.

I’ve been using vox since its beta version, needless to say that this completely revamped 2.0 app is perfect !! Exactly what i was expecting from a clean, stylish and effective music player! No useless stuff or exotic features, Vox goes straight to the essentiel. Thank you Coppertino folks, keep hacking music player app market :-) Ps: Nice features to have would be 1. Save custom equalizer settings and/or add it to the presets list. 2. Automatically point to cover album/artist on song change while on "extended player mode” (pull dodw menu) instead of double clicking in the title song bar as it is today.

Gapless playback does not always work : sometime its ok (often with FLAC), sometime the player stops after playing one song, and doesnt play the next song (often with mp3). Update : version 2.0.2 did not solve this problem ! Please solve it, and Vox will be worth 5 stars :)

After update 2.0.3 > 2.1 Vox is no more working…. The app crashes at launching !!! Thanks to Time Machine I’ve restored release 2.0.3 which is fully working. Release 2.1 needs more testing before reaching the App Store

Sorry guys, it was great up to now… but the new UI is just very very messy and the old to add to playlist is not even working as it was in the previous version… the player stopping at the end of a first album waiting for me to press play again to start with the next one… Please go back to the previous UI ! I have nothing against improvement but here… no… just too messy !

Everything’s in the title. Vox team provided an awesome tool for all audiophiles (also for common users !) who want to enjoy the true quality of sound, and for people who want to dispose of the heavy iTunes. Awesome work guys, thanks !

I really do not understand, when I start VOX my bandwidth fall down. I have 100mb/s bandwidth connection, and when I start playing anything with VOX I feel like be back in 90’s with my modem 56k !!! As soon as I kill VOX, my bandwidth is normal again, It was hard to find what was the problem but I know it is really dedicated to VOX. I hoped that this bug was corrected with this last version and it is not. What a pity ...

If the GUI of Vox is nice, it’s badly coded. It consumes more than 250MB of RAM on my PC.

Ive been using vox since i got my mac at 2010. Its a simple app and does really well what it intends to do. When i need to hear some audio file, for quickly know if id like to hear more, i always open vox. The radio feature is awesome. I found some i can spend my day listening to. Worth: try, buy and support.

It was a great app, but now it has a bug that eats all memory.

SIPMLE AND POWERFUL! Attractive and intuitive design! Play all audio formats! VOX is simple, VOX is amazing! Please Apple, put itunes down and make your customers happy launching VOX like default audio player! (What we do to sync iPhones, iPads and iPods? Why we need do these? And the iTunes Store?! ho-ho-ho Why I need have two stores in one OS? #GetsTheTip ;) ) - Finnaly, sorry for my poor english… this is not my language!

Whats happening to you, guys? The app is getting WORSE! No more BPM counter, the playlist size is full of bugs, and I cant set it to show the remaining time...

A great flac player for Mac. The interface is intuitive and well designed. The sound quality is good and the equalizer with pre defined settings is very helpful.

It’s still my most loved player available for special formats, but the nem interface is too much cluttered with things I don’t really need or use. The old method of having a switch to iTunes is much better than this always on button. I would like to be able to hide the new button bar and choose a default position (in my case the queue) since thats all I, and most of the users from the old version, really need. I will continue to use it, but I think the smart simplicity was completely lost in this new update.

After updating to the latest version, the application doesn’t start anymore. Crash every time.

I love this app. And with this new version it does what a player is supposed to do, play music and playlists. I am sick of iTunes “organizing” my music and disappearing with tracks and playlists as part of forcing you into using Apple’s services. VOX is simple, beautifully designed and has everything you need on their great interface. I listen to music through professional studio monitors and their EQ feature on the front panel is a killer. I stopped using iTunes. I wish VOX could be synced with my iPod. Keep up the good work.
