no repeat or shuffle?

I’m using it on iMac, I couldn’t find the repeat for shuffle button anywhere. I googled about it, and saw some of the images which show the shuffle/repeat on the left side of the play/volume bar. Why can’t I find it, or is it a service only for paid users?
I often listen to a song repeatedly, so now I’m about to delete this app.
